    My Patient Summary is designed to provide a concise, portable, and standards-based view of a patient’s essential health data making it accessible across care settings and national borders. Built using the SMART on FHIR framework and following the FHIR International Patient Summary (IPS) standard, the app ensures secure, interoperable access to patient records through modern APIs and authentication protocols.

    The application supports structured data visualisation of key IPS sections, including medications, allergies, problems, immunisations, and procedures, offering clinicians a clear and consistent snapshot of a patient’s medical history. It can be embedded within EHR systems or used as a standalone tool, facilitating improved care coordination, especially during transitions of care and cross-border services.

    My Patient Summary

  • TechIntro’s ‘My Patient Summary’, a Smart-on-FHIR App that can be launched from any Smart supported system to view Patient Summary (IPS).
  • The App can generate a IPS FHIR document even if the launching server doesn’t support $summary operation.
  • A FHIR based Intermediary which can be used as a plugin to communicate with FHIR and non FHIR servers which doesn’t support $summary or FHIR document or FHIR transaction model.
